摘要
信息产业发展已经进入到网络时代,信息产业正日益成为国民经济的战略性主导产业,是国家竞争力的标志,是国民经济和社会可持续发展的产业保障。信息产业波浪形演进的特点使信息产业的发展呈现出与传统产业,甚至是PC时代的信息产业都区别迥异的特征。在此历史契机下,研究网络时代信息产业发展特点并制定相应对策,对于中国信息产业实现跨越式、可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
The IT industry has been in the period of computer networks and becomes fundament to the national economy as well as the landmarks of national power.As the basis of sustainable progress,the IT industry is far different from the traditional and even the PC industry. It is important and significant for China to work out corresponding Policies for the future development.
