摘要
基础教育课程改革启动至今已经有七年的时间了,这次课程改革的整幅图景是:为了深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,国家启动了新一轮基础教育课程改革;这次课程改革在理念方面较以往有了较大的突破,从奉行"知识本位"转向倡导"学生发展为本";在改革的内容方面,从课程目标、课程内容、课程结构、课程实施、课程评价以及课程管理六个方面,设定了本次课程改革的基本框架;课程领导机构方面,力图克服"一个中心,两套系列"的科层制组织模型的弊端,尝试建立一套职责明确、功能平衡的专业领导机构;课程改革支持系统对推进课程改革进程具有重要作用,当前需要进一步完善课程支持系统;教师对课程改革的立场体现为三种形式,但一个基本事实是,一线教师的不适应等情况依然困扰着课程改革的深化。
It has been seven years since the start of curriculum reform. In order to deepen education reform and promote the qual- ity of education, we have launched a new curriculum reform. The reform has a major breakthrough in the idea of the past, from the "knowledge -based idea" to the "idea based on center of student~ development". In the contents of the reform, we set the basic framework for the curriculum reform, such as the goal, contents, structure, implementation, evaluation and management. In the leading sector of the curriculum reform, we try to overcome the shortcomings of the mode of "one center, two sets of se- ries" and try to establish a set of professional leadership. The supporting system of the curriculum reform has the importance in the reform process. We need to further improve the curriculum supporting system and teachers should have three positions in the curriculum reform. However, the fact has always been that teachers'confused conditions still haunt us in the deepening process of the reform.
