摘要
本研究对脑肿瘤手术前后血浆内皮素-1含量变化进行了研究和分析。方法:采用均相放射免疫竞争方法直接测定37例脑肿瘤患者和24例对照血浆ET-1含量。结果:脑瘤患者浆ET-1含量为71.014%pg/ml,比对照组53.352pg/ml和标准值50.8pg/ml高,有统计学意义。术后第二天血浆ET-1含量比术前和术后第八天低,术后第八天比术前血浆ET-1含量低,均有统计学差异.脑膜瘤、胶质瘤和垂体瘤患者术前血浆ET-1含量均比对照组高,不同病理类型的脑肿瘤患者术后血浆ET-1与术前比较均下降,但无显著性差异。结论:ET-1除参与脑肿瘤的发生、发展和分化过程外,还参与手术前后脑血流的调节。
Purpose:This article analysed the pre and post operative plasma endothelin1(ET1)level of patients with intracranial tumors.Method:The plasma ET1 concentration was measured in 37 patients with intracranial tumors and 24 controls using competitive radioimmunoassay.Result:The plasma ET1 Level of patients with intracranial tumors was 71.014pg/ml,which was significantly higher than that of control (53.352pg/ml).The preoperative plasma ET1 level was significantly higher than postoperative ET1,and ET1 of patients seven days after operation was statistically higher than that of one day after operation.Conclusion:Besides the effect of plasma ET1 on the pathophysiology of brain tumors,ET1 could also regulate the blood supply of brain.
