自流式复合滤床处理农村生活污水实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 选取滇池北岸农村地区较易获得的沸石、高炉水渣、陶粒、核桃壳、玻璃发泡材料等5种填料,建立简易的自流式复合滤床模拟反应器,研究预处理方法对反应器启动时间及填料对反应器处理生活污水效果的影响.结果表明:采用好氧预挂膜-厌氧污泥接种法预处理的反应器的启动时间较短,对CODCr的去除率较高;高炉水渣和沸石对CODCr、P和N的去除效果较好,是适合于自流式复合滤床的填料. Five media materials that could be easily obtained in the rural areas around the northern lakeside of Dianchi Lake, including zeolite, blast furnace granulated slag, ceramsite, walnut shell and glass foam materials, were selected as the stuffing for the constructed automatic flow compound filter reactors. The influences of the start-up methods and stuffing on the performance of the wastewater treatment in the constructed reactors were studied. The result shows that pre-processing with aerobic pre-treating and anaerobic inoculum sludge could shorten the period of the start-up of the reactors. Compared to the contrastive reactors, the CODCr removal efficiencies are higher in the reactors which pre-processed with aerobic pre-treating and anaerobic inoculum sludge. Blast furnace granulated slag and zeolite showed relatively high removal efficiency of CODcr, P and N, they are proper stuffing for automatic flow compound filters.
