摘要
利用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)编制程序,将实测温度场施加到有限元模型上,并对转炉托圈的热应力进行有限元分析,得到了托圈各部分热应力的精确分布,研究结果可为转炉托圈的结构设计和使用提供可靠的依据。
Using analysis parameter design language to weave programme, we bring measured temperature field to bear on the finite element model and make finite element analysis of the thermal stress in trunnion ring, with which we have gained the precise distribution of the stress all over the component. The result offers credible gist in the design of the ring.
