基于RSView32的铝箔轧机监控系统开发

摘要 提出了采用OPC通信方式,实现上位机监控软件RSView32与设备控制层AutoMaxDCS系统之间的数据交换,RSView32作为OPC客户端,RSServer作为OPC服务器,从而对铝箔轧机控制系统的设备状态和重要参数进行实时采集。运用RSView32强大的过程监视功能,对轧制过程进行监控。本文介绍了监控系统整体结构、设备通信方式和监控系统开发过程。该系统经过运行,效果良好。 This paper proposes the use of OPC technology to realize the data exchange between RSView32 and AutoMax DCS system,in which the RSView32 is employed as OPC Client and the RSServer as OPC Server.The real-time acquisition of equipment status and important parameters of the aluminum foil rolling mill control system are obtained.The excellence supervisory performance of RSView32 is utilized.The monitoring pictures for the rolling process are developed.The structure of the monitoring system is introduced and the equipment communication method and the development steps of the system are described.
