摘要
本文对以钢球来传递运动的这类万向联轴器的同步条件进行了研究,导出当输入输出两轴线相交时的同步条件的表达式,论证了两轴在空间交错时不存在同步条件,并以球笼联轴器和三叉式联轴器为实例进行说明。本项研究可为今后研制新型同步万向联轴器提供理论根据。
Universal joints containing high pairs for motion transmission have been studied by the kinematical approach. The expression for the synchronous condition has been derived when the input and output axes intersect and it has been proved that the synchronous condition does not exist if the input and output axes are skew to each other in space, that is, if they are either non-parallel or non-intersecting. Both the ball cage and tripot type universal joints have been used to carry out the study and it is shown that the synchronous condition is satisfied for the former rather than for the latter.
