绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的术中难点及对策 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的手术要点，术中常遇到的困难及对策。方法回顾性分析我院1997～2008年应用绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折142例临床资料。结果135例得到随访，随访时间9～36个月，平均18个月。2例迟发感染性骨不连，1例远端锁钉折断，25例术中远端锁钉锁入困难，133例获得骨性愈合，无脂肪栓塞、股骨颈骨折及膝关节内游离体等并发症。结论绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折具有固定牢固，有利于关节功能恢复及进行早期功能锻练的优点，术中掌握手术技巧，可缩短手术时间，获得更好的临床效果。
