摘要
我们根据CD4+T细胞识别抗原位点的物理化学和生物学特征,设计了一个具有查找两亲性螺旋状结构(amphipathichelixstructure)肽段功能的计算机程序。用该程序对HCV-1型病毒C、E(E1、E2/NS1)、NS5蛋白一级结构进行分析,发现这些蛋白区存在CD4+T细胞识别位点。此结果支持了CD4+T细胞对HCVC,E,NS5区可发生增殖反应的结论。提示该程序可作为一种预测CD4+T细胞识别HCV抗原位点的方法。
A computer programme with the function of finding amphipathic helix structure was written on the basis of physical, chemical and biological characters of antigen sites that can stimulate CD 4 + T cell.Analysis of the hepatitis C virus (HCV 1) primary sequence of C, E, and NS5 regions showed that the CD 4 + T cell antigen sites could be found in these regions. The findings were in agreement with the conclusion that C, E and NS5 proteins could activate CD 4 + T cell in HCV patients. It indicates that our programme can be used to predict the CD 4 + T cell antigen sites on HCV proteins.
