摘要
如何有效地选择种类繁多的数字资源已经成为图书馆所面临的难题。文中分析现有主要评价体系的优缺点,提出包括性能、状态、响应三个一级指标和22个二级指标组成的数字资源评价框架,并进行指标值量化及等级划分,初步建立一套既反映数字资源内涵,又具有可操作性的数字资源评价体系。
How to make the better and more effectively choice of the varieties digital resources has become an emerging challenge in libraries. The paper briefly reviews the main evaluation indexes and reveals their strengths and weaknesses, and points out measurement of digital resources framework which includes 3 indicators such as performance, status, response and 22 secondary indicators. Meanwhile, the methodology of the quantification and classification of indicators is to be determined. Finally, the authors establish a set of indicators of digital resources evaluation standard which not only reveals the essence of digital resources but also meets operability.
