摘要 本文介绍了两种较好的稳燃腔结构参数;着重分析了第二种稳燃腔的冷热态试验结果;提出可供选择的稳燃腔特性参数。试验结果说明,双回流稳燃腔的内外烟气总回流量可达一次风量的30%,而整个燃烧过程的温度明显地高于一般的钝体稳燃装置。 The cavity of stabilizing combustion with twin reflow zones is a device in which stabilized combustion takes place with both external and internal reflow of hot gas. It is simple in construction and much smaller than the pre-combustor in volume, while not subject to agglomeration. Two types of cavity with better structure parameters are presented and the experimental results of the second type in the cold and hot state are analyzed. The design parameters of the cavity are proposed based on test results. The experimental results show that the total volume of gas flow of the twin reflow zones reaches 30 per cent of primary air, and combustion temperature with cavity is higher than that when only a bluff-body combustion stabilizer is used.
