摘要
进行了一种聚合物水泥砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀的室内试验。试验内容包括:单纯硫酸盐条件下的侵蚀试验、硫酸盐结合Cl-和Mg2+条件下的侵蚀试验以及干湿交替条件下的侵蚀试验。结果表明:在水泥砂浆中掺入丙乳能够抵抗较高浓度的SO42-、Cl-和Mg2+的侵蚀,且能有效提高水泥抵抗硫酸盐结晶的侵蚀。
The indoor corroding experiment that polymer cement mortar resists sulfate was carried out. The experiment included the erosion only by sulfate, sulfate combination with Cl^- and Mg^2+, and the dry sulfate erosion and the wet one alternately. The results show that the cement blending the acrylic-emulsion could resist the erosion from the high concentrations of sulfate, Cl^- and Mg^2+, and the agents could improve the resistance of the cement to the sulfate crystal.
