摘要
在心脏传导系统中窦房结的自律性最高,为正常心脏活动的起搏点。多种离子通道参与自动除极是其高自律性的基础。近年来,研究能模拟窦房结功能的生物起搏器成为热点,而对窦房结生理起搏机制的深入了解对此有重要的意义。现就参与窦房结自动除极的离子流及相应离子通道作一简要综述。
Sinoatrial node (SAN) is the primary cardiac pacemaker, characterized by the highest autorhythmieity in the conducting system of heart, which is based on automatic depolarization originating from the coordinated activity of different membrane ionic channels. There has been much recent study of the development of engineered cardiac biopaeemakers mimicking the function of SAN ; in-depth understanding the physiological pacing mechanism of SAN has played a key role. This article describes ionic current and the corresponding ionic channels involved in the process of automatic depolarization of SAN.
