P16和PTEN蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨抑癌基因p16、PTEN蛋白的表达与食管鳞癌的关系,为食管鳞癌预后判断提供依据。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测67例食管鳞癌标本中p16、PTEN蛋白的表达。结果p16蛋白阳性表达率为47.8%,PTEN蛋白阳性表达率为58.2%。p16、PTEN蛋白表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况显著相关,且p16与PTEN蛋白的表达具有正相关(r=0.782,P<0.005)。结论p16、PTEN蛋白联合检测可提高对食管鳞癌预后预测的敏感性。* Objective To investigate the relationship between the exp - ression of tumor suppressor gene p16 and PTEN protein and the biological behaviors of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue. Methods The expression of p16 and PTEN proteins in 67 esophageal squamous cell cancer specimens was investigated with immunohis- tochemical technique using p16 and PTEN antibodies. The relationship between the expression of p16 and PTEN proteins and the clinieopathological parameters of esophageal squamous cell cancer was analyzed. Results The frequency of expression of p16 and PTEN proteins was 47.8% and 58.2% in esophageal squamous cell cancer, respectively. The expression of p16 and PTEN proteins was positively correlated with the imbibitions and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell cancer (P 〈 0.05 respectively). Moreover, there was a positive correlation between the p16 and PTEN protein expression in colorectal cancer (r =0.782, P 〈0.005). Conclusion Expression of tumor suppressor gene p16 and PTEN might be helpful in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell cancer.
