摘要 目的探讨背侧或掌侧入路手术治疗桡骨远端粉碎性移位骨折的临床疗效。方法采用背侧或掌侧入路行切开复位、钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性移位骨折28例,其中植骨15例。结果28例全部获得随访,时间9~26个月。所有病例骨折愈合良好,无畸形愈合及延迟愈合。采用改良McBride评分标准,本组优19例,良6例,可3例,优良率89.28%。结论采用背侧或掌侧入路行切开复位、钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性移位骨折,能有效恢复桡骨远端的解剖结构,使腕关节功能达到较好恢复。 Objective To study and evaluate the clinical effect of Surgical treatment via volar or dorsal approaches for comminuted and displaced distal radial fractures. Methods 28 patients with comminuted and displaced distal radial fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation via volar or dorsal approaches.15 patients were combined with bone grafting. Results All patients were followed up for 9-26 months. Bone union was achieved in all patients. There was no delayed union or non-union. According to the modified Mcbride wrist function evaluation grading, 19 patients were graded as excellent, 6 good and 3 fair, the excellent and good rate was 89.28%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation via volar or dorsal approaches for the commiuuted and displaced distal radial fracture can effectively recover structure of distal radius and function of wrist joint.
