摘要
固井胶结质量的好坏直接关系到油井安全、稳产,固井质量评价则是正确使用油井和采取措施保护油井的依据。开展固井胶结质量数值模拟系统的研究,把理论计算与模拟实验紧密结合起来,必将有益于固井胶结质量正确评价。通过数值模拟计算得出固井水泥石不同渗透率时的声波检测结果,找出水泥石渗透率对胶结质量检测结果影响规律。结果表明,随着水泥石的渗透率的增大,首波幅值也随着变大,声波检测结果固井质量变差。即当水泥石为高孔高渗孔隙介质时,即使水泥骨架与套管胶结良好,也会出现与一界面窜槽相似的较强的套管波。同时,在地下动态地层水的淋滤、腐蚀作用下,水泥石渗透率增大,从而影响了延时测井条件下声波检测结果变差。
Cement bond quality has important influence on well production and well safe.Evaluation of cementing quality is the foundation of using well and protection well.Study of cemen-ting quality numerical simulation system,and theoretical calcula-tion combining with simulated experiment,must have profit to ac-curate evaluation of cementing quality.This paper calculated a-coustic logging results in different cement sheath permeability through numerical simulation,found out the infection laws of ce-ment permeability on cementing quality.Results showed that with the cement permeability increase,head wave amplitude increas-ing,and cementing quality became bad.When cement is porous medium with high permeability and high porous,strong casing wave with similar to first interface channeling will appear,even cement framework bond with casing is very well.At the sametime,in leaching and corrosion of underground dynamics water condition,cement permeability increased,and resulted in the re-sult of time - delay acoustic logging became bad.
