摘要
广泛应用的容积法模型不能直接应用于电控柴油机的仿真。因此,通过改进容积法模型中关于工作过程模块的划分、燃烧放热规律参数和排气阀升程的计算,建立了船用大型低速电控柴油机的动态模型。该模型能够计算柴油机示功图和主要热工参数及其动态变化过程。以7RT-flex60C型电控柴油机为例进行了仿真,结果表明,模型能够较好的预测发动机的稳态性能,具有进行动态仿真的能力,并且计算速度可满足实时仿真的要求。目前此模型已被应用于船舶动力装置的仿真系统中。
The widely used volumetric model can not be directly applied in the simulation of electronically controlled diesel engine. A modified volumetric model of a large-scale low-speed electronically controlled marine diesel engine is established. In this model, the pressure history and thermodynamic parameters can be predicted. A 7RT-flex 60C was used as an example for simulation. The results show that the model can perform both steady and dynamic simulation. The calculation speed can meet the requirement of real time simulation. The model has been applied in the simulation system of marine propulsion equipment.
