摘要
目的:建立止喘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(10:90,V/V);检测波长:207nm;流速0.7mL/min;进样量20tzL;柱温:室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在4.5—27.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率为98.99%,RSD为0.96%。结论:本法简便快捷、灵敏,结果准确,可用于止喘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的质量控制。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhichuan oral solution. Methods: HPLC method was used. The column was Kromasil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (10: 90, V/V ). The detection wavelength was 207 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min and the injection volume was 20 p.L. Results: The liner range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 4.5 - 27.0 mg/L ( r = 0. 9998, n = 6 ). This average recovery was 98.99% and RSD was 0.96%. Conclusions: This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and can be used as a method of quality control for ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhiehuan oral solution.
