摘要
介绍了使用OMRON CP1H作为主站来控制多个3G3MV变频器协同工作,给出了采用Modbus-RTU简易主站功能通信方式的硬件配置、端口参数设置、数据传输格式;同时尝试用DDE通信方式将运行结果送到EXCEL数据库当中,构成监控平台。该方法简单易行、可靠性高、控制效果良好。
Based on the example of CP1H PLC of OMRON,this paper describes how to use OMRON CPIH as prime station to control several 3G3MV transducers to work together, and how to deal with the hardware, the port variable and the data transmission format in Modbus-RTU. In the system,the data are transported into EXCEL by DDE. The method is easy to be used with high stability and good control result.
