摘要
作者根据光敏核不育水稻在生长发育过程中具有二个性质不同的光周期反应的基本特性,对当前14个主要的核不育水稻品系,进行了较全面的光温生态鉴定。其结果证明,农垦58S、双8-2S、31111S、N5047S、6334S、5-12S、鄂粳ⅡS、WD-1S、及W7415S等属于光敏核不育类群,而W6154S、W6184S、5460S、8801S、鄂籼IS等,则可能属于温敏核不育类群。与此同时,作者探讨了有关光敏核不育水稻品系光温生态分类的依据和项目:熟期、第一感光性(P_1)第一感温性(T_1)、第二感光性(P_2)、第二感温性(T_2)及其鉴定指标。比较了不同光温生态类型光敏核不育系的地理适应性。据此作者建议:①加速选育熟期早、第二感光性(P_2)强或中而第二感温性(T_2)弱的优良不育系;②把光温生态类型鉴定列为新不育系必要鉴定的项目之一。
The basic characteristic of Photoperiod-sensitive Genic Male Sterile Rice (PGMR)possessed is that there may be two photoperidic reactions in different quality in its pro-cess of growth and reproduction. According to that, we made a primary appraisal bylight and temperature with present 14 various sterile lines. The results showed that st-erile lines Nongken58S, Shang8-2S, 31111S, N5047S, 6334S,5-12S, Ejing IIS, WD-1S, W7415S belong to PGMR group, W6154S, W6184S, 5460S, 8801S, and EXianls maybelong to Thermo-sensitive genic malesterile rice (TGMR) group. meanwhile, we inver-stigated the appraising foundation and items for classification by light and temperature,which would be maturing stage, 1st-photo-sensibility (P_1), 1st-thermo-sensibility(T_1), 2nd photo-sensibility(P_2), 2nd-thermo-sensibility(T_2),and their targetsor index, The geographic adaptability of various PGMR lines were compared with eachother. we put forward two proposals, (1) to select the superior new PGMR lines withan early maturing stage, strong of mediem P_2 and week T_2; (2) to put photo-ther-mo-ecological appraisal on the list of appraising process as an esential item.
