摘要
目的对武警某部机动部队战士100km武装行军前后机体应激反应的变化进行观察,旨在探索特殊体能训练中的生化改变机制,为部队体能训练科学化提供试验依据。方法随机选取武警部队武装行军士兵34名,年龄18.6±1.6岁,身高169.3±4.2cm,体重65.4±4.5kg,均有1年的部队训练经历。负重约25kg,测定100km武装行军前后的生化指标并进行比较。结果与行军前比较,34名战士100km武装行军后血红蛋白含量、白细胞计数、红细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),平均血红蛋白体积和平均血红蛋白含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),血细胞比容和平均血红蛋白浓度无明显变化(P>0.05),血睾酮水平有较大幅度的下降(P<0.01),皮质醇水平上升(P<0.01),血睾酮和皮质醇的比值降低(P<0.01),IgM水平降低(P<0.05),IgG水平升高(P<0.01)。结论100km武装行军具有明显的应激作用,可使战士身体处于深度疲劳状态,提示应在行军途中加强医务监督和营养补充,并做好恢复措施的安排。
Objective To study the physical stress reactions of soldiers undergone 100 kilometer march in battle gear, and explore the mechanism of biochemical changes in special military physical training. Methods Thirty four soldiers of armed--police force, averagely aged l 8. 6±1.6 years, 169.3±4. 2era in height, weighted 65.4±4. 5kg and with one--year of military physical training experience, were involved in present study. The soldiers were loaded about 25 kilogram of battle gear in a supervised 100 kilometer march in three days. The changes on biochemical index after the march were analyzed. Results After 100 kilometer march in battle gear, significant decline were found in the following biochemistry indexes in the soldiers involved: HB (P〈0. 01), WBC (P〈0. 05), RBC(P〈0. 05), LYM (P〈0.01), Testosterone (T, P〈0. 01), T/C (P〈0.01) and IgM ( P〈0. 01). While the significant increases were found in those biochemis try indexes: MCV ( P〈0.01), MCH ( P〈0.05), Cortisol (C, P〈0.01) and IgG (P〈0.01). No significant difference existed in haemat oerit (HCT), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and IgA before and after the march. Conclusions The findings in present study indicate that 100 kilometer march in battle gear may induce a great physical stress effect, and force the soldiers to be accumu lated fatigue. Emphasis should be placed upon medical inspection and nutritional supplement, and recovery program should be considered during and after 100 kilometer march in battle gear.
