摘要
原花青素作为一种天然的抗氧化物质,有着良好的清除自由基的能力和抗氧化活性。本实验通过建立一次性力竭游泳运动的模型,探讨原花青素对力竭运动造成的肝损伤的保护作用,通过检测运动后即刻、运动后2小时、运动后6小时肝脏组织中SOD、T-AOC活性、MDA含量,观测不同组别各时相指标差异情况,分析比较给药组和对照组肝脏各指标变化情况以及运动后的恢复情况。为减轻力竭运动对肝脏的损伤,避免过度疲劳和运动性损伤提供实验和理论依据,也为运动训练中科学的补充抗氧化剂提供一定的理论支持。
As a natural anti -oxidation substance, procyanidin is capable of clearing free radical and preventing oxidation. Through constructing the one - time exhaustion swimming exercise model, this research aims at discussing the protective effect of procyanidin on liver injury resulting from the exhaustion exercise. Through testing the SOD and T - AOC living quality and MDA content in the liver tissue right after the exercise, 2 hours after the exercise and 8 hours after the exercise respectively and observing the index difference in each phrase of the two groups, this article analyses each index change and the recovery situation in the two groups in the hope of providing experimental and theoretical reference for reducing the damage caused by exhaustion exercise and avoiding fatigue and sports injury as well as theoretical reference for the scientific use of antioxidant in sports training.
