摘要
业务应用不适当的接入方式,时常导致电力调度数据网络或其他异常。华东区域电力调度数据网应用接入规范侧重于从技术角度出发,在应用的物理接入方式、网络层次结构、TCP服务的使用和应用协议的编制等方面,分别提出了具体的要求。接入规范可以有效地规范接入应用的前期开发和现场接入,确保电力调度数据网络和电力调度生产业务的有序、稳定、安全、可靠运行。
Improper accessing method of dispatching business application to the State Grid dispatching data network （SGDnet） often leads to abnormality. Mainly focusing on the technical issues, the accessing specification of power dispatching application to the SGDnet in East China puts forward some specific requirements in several necessary topics, such as application＇s physical accessing method, network＇s hierarchical structure, usage of TCP service and normative design of application communication protocol. The Specification can effectively normalize the development and on-site accessing of an application, ensures orderly, stable, safe and reliable operation of the SGDnet in East China.
