摘要
针对电网调度主站端系统众多、数据难以共享的难点,提出一种新的故障信息管理系统的设计模式,即在现有数据中心基础上,建立一套符合地方电网现状的故障信息处理系统。该系统不仅可以实现继电保护相关数据、信息的高效利用和充分共享,而且能够利用整定计算及定值单发布等系统功能,实现故障信息分析、计算、管理等任务的自动化、网络化以及工作方式的标准化、规范化,实现整定计算、故障信息系统、定值单发布3个系统的全自动闭环管理,具有较强的实用意义。
In view of the large number of systems at the power'network dispatching master station end and the difficulty of data sharing, a new mode of the fault information management system design is proposed. That is, on the basis of the existing data center, a system conformable with the status quo of the local power network should be established, which is capable of realizing not only highly efficient utilization and sufficient sharing of the relevant data and information on relay protection, but also the automatic and networked fault information analysis, computation and management along with the standardization of the working mode by using the setting computation and setting sheet distribution functions. Thus the automatic closed loop management of the three systems of setting computation, fault information analysis and setting sheet distribution is effectively realized and practiced in Anhui Power Grid.
