数字化学习港项目研究方法的思考

Reflections on the E-Learning Hub Project

摘要 本文介绍了"数字化学习港与终身学习社会的建设与示范"教改项目坚持的以示范点的应用示范为基础开展课题研究的路线,采用学校、教育机构、政府部门和企业联合,多单位的各种人员共同参与研究与实践,强调研究成果应用性、实效性与示范性所取得的经验;重点介绍项目组借鉴"基于设计的研究范式"的实践应用和采用个案研究、行动研究以及质性和量化相结合研究方面所开展的工作。 The E-Learning Hub Project was intended to explore the roles of the E-Learning Hub in building a lifelong learning society by making innovative use of present-day information technologies. It is argued that the E-Learning Hub can promote harmony and equality in society by providing education for the public. The project research focuses on the implementation of Model E-Learning Hubs. The project featured the cooperation of multi-parties, including radio and TV universities, online education colleges of conventional universities, OPEN learning centers, local governments or relevant government departments, community col-leges, neighborhood councils and vocational training schools. As a design-based research project, it bene-fited from a variety of research methods, i.e. case studies, action research as well as qualitative and quan-titative studies. After over one year's implementation, the project has fulfilled its intended objectives, provid-ing useful lessons for similar projects, especially in terms of research paradigm.
