摘要
目的:对川木香挥发性成分进行气相色谱-质谱分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从川木香中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对木香挥发油进行化学成分的分析。并用色谱峰总体积积分和归一化法获得各化合物的相对含量。结果及结论:共鉴定了52种化合物,占挥发油总成分的92%以上。其中主要有Cycloisolongifolene,8,9-dehydro-9-formyl-,Mokko lactone,Dehydrocostuslactone等。
OBJECTIVE : To analyze the volatile oil components in the Vladimiria souliei ( Franch. ) Ling by GC - MS. MEHTODS : Water distillation method was used for extracting the volatile oil in the Vladimiria souliei ( Franch. ) Ling, and the volatile oil components in the Vladimiria souliei (Franch.)Ling were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC- MS). The contents of the components were determined by overall volume integral and normalization of peak areas. RESUTLS & CONCLUSION: 52 chemical compounds were detected, which accounted for above 92% of the total volatile oil. The major constituents were Cycloisolongifolene, 8, 9 - dehydro - 9 - formyl - , Mokko lactone, Dehydrocostuslactoneetc etc.
