摘要
目的:研究旋转DSA应用技术,提高脑血管病的诊断能力。方法:对122例脑血管病患者采用常规正侧位和旋转DSA造影检查,其中可疑动脉83例,动静脉畸形16例,脑动脉狭窄23例。结果:脑动脉瘤通过一次旋转DSA检查96%以上病例在脑血管造影中应用的优缺点,可清晰显示瘤颈、狭窄及畸形情况。结论:旋转DSA在脑血管造影中应用具有极大的优势,应进一步推广。
Objective： To study the value of rotating DSA in improving the ability of diagnosis in cerebral vascular diseases.Methods： 122 cases were treated by ahteroposterior projection and rotating DSA,In these cases 83 cases were intrecraniral aneurysm,16 cases were AVM and 23 cases were stenosis.Results：96% of intracranial aneurysm were diagnosis, by the rotating DSA ,the neck of the Aneurysm,AVM and stenosis were clearly displayed. Conclussion： the rotating DSA has sreat value in the cerebral vascular angiogram.
