摘要
应用Pro/E建立XH715立式铣削加工中心的整机模型,并引用分析软件ANSYS进行动态分析,找出其薄弱环节,利用优化软件HyperMesh对薄弱环节进行优化设计,将得到的优化结果与优化前相比较,表明拓扑优化结果具有理论指导意义,为后续详细的设计提供理论依据。
It builds the vertical machining center XH715 model in Pro/E, calculates its dynamic feature and analyzes the weak part of the machine. It presents the topologic optimization process to improve the part performance with the help of HyperMesh function. The results show that topological optimization is instructive and can supply theoretical evidence for improvement.
