摘要
灰铁HT300齿轮,以前采用外冷铁加正火工艺,成本高,而且每批都有20%左右因正火变形而报废;经试验,改进造型工艺和熔炼工艺,采用低合金化处理,在铸态下铸件的硬度和强度达到了标准要求,省去了正火工序,提高了成品率,降低了成本。
The previous procedure with additional chill iron and normalization technique had a high cost and about 20% HT300 DP gears were rejected. Through trial, modified molding technology and melting techniques, and low alloying, the hardness and tensile strength of HT300 DP gear can meet the specification, and normalization procedure is removed as well, thus increases the yielding rate and decreases the production cost.
