摘要
铸件变形分析是铸造模样设计的依据之一。通过铸件铸造过程热应力数值模拟能够得到铸件的位移结果,其可分解为凝固和冷却过程的均匀的尺寸收缩和由于冷却不均匀等原因造成的变形两部分。提出了铸件数值模拟位移结果的处理算法,即由模拟位移结果得到铸件模拟后的形状尺寸,然后按照指定参考点将模拟计算得到的铸件与铸件要求尺寸进行匹配,从而得到去除了铸件收缩余量的变形情况,为模样设计提供科学依据。采用该算法对灰铸铁应力框及某轧钢机机架铸造过程中的变形情况进行了应用分析,结果与实际铸件变形趋势一致。
The deformation analysis is the foundation of pattern design for castings. Displacement result during casting process can be obtained by simulating thermal stress of castings, which can be divided into even shrinkage caused by solidification and cooling and deformation by uneven cooling. In this investigation, an algorithm is proposed to extract the exact deformation from the simulated displacement results. By the comparison of the shape obtained by numerical simulation and the required casting shape, the deformation is acquired. It can serves as the accordance of inverse deformation determination in pattern design. This algorithm is applied into the deformation analysis of a stress frame specimen and a mill housing casting, and the results are in good accordance with the deformation tendency of real castings.
