摘要
采用乙酸纤维薄膜电泳技术分析来自磷翅目昆虫不同组织的9个昆虫细胞系的6种同工酶。其中不同种属昆虫细胞系的同工酶电泳图谱各不相同。来自黄条行军虫卵巢组织的两个细胞系BClRL-SO_3-HNU1和BClRL-SO_4-HNU2的同工酶电泳图谱的酶带数和酶带相对迁移率虽然相同,但二者异柠檬酸说氢酶酶带的活性强度表现出差异。病毒持续感染细胞系IPLB-SFP-21的异柠檬酶脱氢酶的酶带数多于其(?)本细胞系IPLB-SF-21。
Isozyme patterns of 9 Lepidopteran cell lines were compared. The cell lines used in this study represent 3 taxonomic families. Cell extracts were examiend for (?) isozymes employing Cellulose Acetate Electrcphoresis. They are discriminated at interspecies ievel by these isozyme patterns. Although BCIRL-SO_3-HNU_1 and BCIRL-SO_4 HNU_2 are from the same species, Spcdoptera ornithogatt(?), there is an observable difference in isozymatic activity of isocitrate dehydrogenase between the two cell lines. It shows that isozymatic activity may be a useful parameter for identification of some intraspecies of cell lines. In this paper, a discussion is given to the difference in isozyme pattern of isocitrate dehydrogenase between IPLB-SFP-21, a persistent Baculovirus infected lepidopt eran cell line, and its parent cell line IPLB-SF-21
