摘要
文章以诺尔斯的"成人教育学"(andragogy)理论为指导,通过阐明其理论模型的内涵与意义,揭示在传统"普通教育学"(pedagogy)驾驭下大学成人教育发展的困惑,进而探讨在成人教育学专业视域下,大学成人教育应实现教育思维及模式的转向,从目标与功能定位着手,在成人教育办学形式、教学模式、管理体制等方面进行改革。
This thesis is guided under the theory Andragogy by Knowles. It reveals the confusion of university adult education under the control of pedagogy by defining the connotation and significance of the mode of theory. And then the author probes into the reform of education thought and mode in university adult education within the view of andragogy. The thesis, beginning with the aim and function of high education for adult, covers the reform of adult education form, teaching mode, administration system and so on.
