摘要
介绍了一种将实测得到的温度场施加到有限元模型上、并进行转炉托圈热应力有限元分析的方法,该方法以实测数据为基础,所确定的温度场更接近于实际温度场,计算出的热应力结果精度更高、更真实。
It introduce a method that bring the practice measured temperature field to bear on the finite element model and making trunnion ring thermal stress finite element analysis ,the method based on the practice measured data,and the ascertained temperature field even more approach the practice temperature field,the result of thermal stress that calculated will be more exactitude and more reality.
