摘要
溶质在正辛醇—水体系中的分配系数logP_(cot)与它在反相高效液相色谱中的容量因子logk′或logk_(10)之间存在关系:log P_(oct)=alog k′(或log k_(10))+bβ_m+cα_m+d。式中a、b、c和d分别与色谱体系有关的常数,β_m和α_m分别为衡量溶质分子接受质子和给予质子能力的参数。用β_m和α_m值探讨了在log P_(oct)相同的情况下,接受质子溶质的容量因子大于两性溶质的原因。
The P_(oct) values (Partition coefficients between octanol and water) of various compounds can be correlated in terms of the following single relationship,log P_(oct)=alogk'(or logk_(?))+bβ_m+cα_m+dwhere logk' is the capacity factor on ODS stationary phase, logk_(?) is the capacity factor by linear extrapolacion of logk values at various proportions of modifier to zero modifier, β_m and α_m are the parameters that measure solute hydrogen-bond acceptor basicity and hydrgen-bond donor acidity, a, b, c, and a are the coefficients depended on a chromatographic system. The phenomenon that for compounds with the same logP value, k' become greater in the order of amphiprotic compounds, non-H-bondors and H-acceptors was explained by the parameters β_m and α_m.
