摘要
由于纸张定量控制系统中具有非线性、时变、复杂多干扰等控制难点,采用实验方法建立了系统的数学模型,提出了一种基于H∞鲁棒理论的PID控制算法。该算法参数整定简单,对过程模型的依赖性小,易于实现并且抗干扰性和鲁棒性都非常强。实际运行中大大地改善了控制品质,满足了生产及工艺的要求。
Due to the difficult control points in paper basis control system as non-linear, time-depending variety, much complicate interference and so on, a mathematical model is set up by experiment method. A PID control arithmetic based on H∞ robust theory is presented. This arithmetic parameters are tuned easily and little depended on the process model. This arithmetic is implemented easily with strong interference preventing and robust. The control capability is improved and the need of manufacture and technics is satisfied with using this PID arithmetic in practical industry.
