摘要
介绍了附加质量法测定大坝堆石体密度的基本原理以及现场测试的技术要求,并结合糯扎渡水电工程芯墙堆石坝堆石体密度测定试验研究的实例,分析了附加质量法测试的参数与料源特性的关系,并对该方法的应用效果进行了分析和评价。应用结果表明,该方法不但具有快速、轻便、无损和精度高等优点,而且适用于不同粒径的堆石体。该方法测试结果与坑测值相比,总体平均相对误差为3.3%。
The paper introduces the testing principle on measuring density of a rock fill object in a darn by the additive mass method and technological requests in site. In combination with the density measurement of a rock fill object in-side the dam of the Nuozhadu Hydropower Station, the relation between the testing parameters used in the additive mass method and characteristics of used materials is analysed. Furthermore, the applied effect of the additive mass method is evaluated. The testing results indicate that this method is not only rapid, portable, non-destructive and high precise, but also suitable for density measurement of rock fill objects formed by different grains. In comparison with pit testing values obtained by the direct method, the averagely relative error is 3.3 percent.
