摘要
初步研究了温度环境对聚氨酯软泡中阻燃剂的迁移行为的影响规律。实验结果表明:温度对聚氨酯软泡中阻燃剂的迁移影响很大;烘烤时间和阻燃剂残余量存在幂函数关系,在90℃下幂函数相关性好;随着温度的升高,聚氨酯泡沫体内部的阻燃剂的迁移行为显著;阻燃剂是以分子的形式迁移到环境中的。
The preliminary investigation on the effect of temperature surroundings on the migration behavior of flame retardant in flexible Polyurethane (PU) foam was made. The results showed temperature had obvious effect on the migration behavior of the flame retardant in flexible PU foam; the baking time and the residual flame retardants conformed to power function. The reflection of the function was well at 90 ℃. With the rise of temperature, the migration behavior of the flame retardants in the foam was very obvious. The flame retardants migrated into the environment in the form of molecular.
