摘要
研究了以玉米浆作为氮源的细菌纤维素生产的主要影响因素。通过优化培养基的方法,提高纤维素的产量,最终确定了木醋杆菌产纤维素的最优发酵液培养基为4%葡萄糖、10%玉米浆、pH6、产膜后的pH值为3.5~4.5,培养温度30℃,纤维素产量可达7.22g/L。
This study worked on the major factors of bacterial cellulose biosynthesis by using the corn steep liquor as nitrogen sources. At last, the optimum media of Aeetobacter xylinum fermentation broth was confirmed as follows: 4% glucose, 10% corn steep liquor, pH 6, pH 3.5-4.5 after membrane formation, cultivation temperature 30℃. Under these conditions, the production of dry bacterial cellulose weight is up to 7.22 g/L.
