我国经济社会又好又快发展面临严峻的矿产资源形势,迫切需要实现地质找矿重大突破。实现地质找矿重大突破,需要增强信心,需要创新找矿思路、整体部署和技术方法,同时,要加大财政投入,有效维护探矿者权益,切实统筹好各项勘查资金投入,拓宽地质找矿资金渠道。
Healthy and rapid development of the economy and social in China is faced with the severe situation of mineral resources.It is necessary to realize great breakthrough in the field of geology and mineral exploration.The next measures should be took in order to realize great breakthrough: increase confidence of discovering mineral,bring forth new idea in the exploration,planning and technical ways,at the same time increase financial investment,effectively safeguard the explorer's rights and interests,effectively manage exploration project investment,widen investment channels of mineral exploration.
