摘要
为了实时获取铝电解槽内的动态槽况,采用Multi-Lab 2 Cry-O-Therm系统对工业预焙铝电解槽内的电解质温度和初晶温度进行了测量,该系统可实时、同步地给出电解质温度和初晶温度的测量值。通过对2台槽龄相同电解槽的对比测试,分析了在相同的槽况条件下电解质温度和初晶温度对过热度的影响及其原因,为设计基于初晶温度和过热度的铝电解槽控制策略及相应算法提供了基本测试数据。
To acquire the real-time dynamic state in an aluminum electrolysis cell, the Multi-Lab 2 Cry-O-Therm system was adopted to measure the aluminum electrolyte temperature and liquidus temperature of industrial prebaked cells. This measurement system can obtain the aluminum electrolyte temperature and liquidus temperature at the same time. Comparison tests were carried out in two identical cells, and the influences of the aluminum electrolyte temperature and liquidus temperature on the degree of superheat were analyzed under the same cell state. This paper provided the basic data of designing control strategies and corresponding algorithms for aluminum electrolysis cells using the liquidus temperature and degree of superheat.
