摘要
从"善治"的角度,分析了现行城市管理的不合理之处。继而提出"善治"下法益的多元化,并从通过不同类型的组织化方式来保障多方利益主体的参与,以及完善决策程序等方面入手,论述了如何在"善治"的观念下改善城市管理。
The article analyzes the drawbacks of modern city management in view of ＂good governance＂ and proposes the diversification of legal interests under ＂good governance＂. The author embarks on ensuring the participation of multiple interest subjects through different types of organization and on improving decision-making procedure, so as to demonstrate how to improve city management with the idea of ＂good governance＂.
