注拉吹成型对共聚聚丙烯的结晶结构及力学性能的影响

摘要 研究了注拉吹工艺对共聚聚丙烯的结晶结构的影响,并对注射成型与注拉吹成型的共聚聚丙烯样品的力学性能进行比较。结果表明:经过注拉吹成型后,共聚聚丙烯的熔融温度、结晶度均有所提高,DSC熔融半峰宽明显下降,微晶尺寸明显增大,表明成型过程中晶区尺寸增大,且晶体结构更均匀规整;与注射成型相比,注拉吹成型的共聚聚丙烯的断裂伸长率下降,而其刚性与拉伸强度明显提高。 The effect of injection stretch-blowing process on the crystallization sturcture of polypropylene copoly-mer was studied. The mechanical properties of the sample molded by injection-stretch-blowing were compared with that of injection molding sample. The results showed that melting temperature, crystallinity increased and the half width of melting peak decreased during injection stretch-blow molding process, which indicated that the regularity of the crystalline and crystallinity increased. Molded by injection stretch-blowing process, the breaking elongation of material decreased and tensile yield increased compared with that of injection molding sample.
