摘要
船舶嵌补管的制造一直采用传统人工取样的方式,效率低,施工复杂。本文提出利用高精度扫描仪扫描场景实现船舶嵌补管数字化设计与制造。介绍了该方法的详细实施过程与验证过程,为船舶嵌补管的制造方法提供了新的选择。
The manufacture of sampling tube in ship industry has been used the traditional manual sampling method with low efficiency and complicated procedure. This paper presents a method to realize the digital design and manufacturing of sampling tube by using a high-precision scanner to get a quick scanning scene. This paper also describes the specific implementation methods and validation process. This paper provides new option for manufacturing of sampling tube.
