摘要
针对ATOS系统,通过大量的试验研究了光学测量中误差产生的因素,得出了光线、振动、显像剂、参考点、系统参数为其影响测量误差的主要因素;并分析了各种因素对测量误差的影响,得出了其误差产生的具体来源,并根据误差产生的来源提出了预防措施。
According to ATOS system, the paper makes a study on error causes during optical measuring by many experiments, and educes that the primary factors affecting measuring error are vibration, displaying image powder, reference point and system parameter. Analyses the influence of diversified factors to measuring error, confirms the idiographic origin of the error produced, thus elicits the defending means for preventing error.
