摘要 铁路车辆上部分零件磨损后,需要修复再利用。成形铣削工艺比旧工艺效率高、误差小、易操作。采用传统方法设计可转位成形铣刀,会遇到整体刃形搭接、刃形误差控制、刀片位置确定等既繁琐又易出错的复杂问题。利用Solidworks软件的实体建模操作功能可以很方便地解决可转位成形铣刀设计中的难点问题,并使整个设计过程变得简单而快捷。 Some wear parts of railroad car need repair for reuse. Forming process is more efficient, easy to master and with less profile error than old way. There are some complex problems in traditional design way for indexbal form milling cutter, such as form of solid cutting edge, control of cutting edge error and determination of tip coordinate, which is tedious and mistakable. By using pattern construction function of Solidworks, difficult problem of indexbal form milling cutter design can be resolved easily, and whole process is simple and quick.
