摘要 采用热重分析仪对西塞山发电有限公司二期工程2×680 MW超超临界锅炉拟燃用混煤的着火稳定性和燃尽性进行了分析,结果表明:设计煤种的着火稳燃性一般,燃尽性较差.同时,根据锅炉混煤的燃烧特性提出了锅炉设备选型的初步建议和运行参数选择建议.综合混煤的燃烧特性和锅炉对煤种的适应性分析,得出锅炉采用切圆燃烧方式是较好的选择. The ignition stability and burn-out behaviors of the blend coals to be used in the 2 × 680MW ultra-supercritical boilers of second stage project of Xisaishan Power Generation Co. Ltd are analyzed by use of the thermal gravimetric analyzer. The results show that the ignition and combustion stability of the design coals are not nice and the coals are difficult to be burnt out. At the meantime, according to the combustion behavior of the blend coals, the primary suggestions for type selection of boiler equipment and selection of operating parameters are proposed. Analysis of the combustion behaviors of the blend coals to be used in the boiler and adaptability of the boiler to coal rank variations indicates that the tangential firing is a better choice for the boiler.
