介绍了一种小型立式半自动原油流动性能测试的实验装置的设计和创建。该实验装置采用先进的自动控制技术和压差传感器测量压差的方法,降低了装置的占地面积,提高了实验装置的测试精度和自动化水平,满足了不同条件下的原油流动性能测试的实验教学需要。
The paper introduces the design and construction of a minitype vertical device for determination of crude oil's flow properties. Based on the application of advanced auto control technology and differential pressure sensors, the accuracy and convenience of the device were accomplished, which could meet the requirement of experiment teaching.
