摘要
目的:总结常规MRI检查对人工耳蜗植入术前的肢体、智力发育和听力中枢评估的重要意义,以提高人工耳蜗植入术前全面评估手术的安全性和术后听觉言语康复效果的准确性,以及为发现听力障碍患儿伴脑部严重罹患提供可靠信息。方法:对2004年10月—2007年7月期间,103例平均年龄在1.9岁的重度以上感音性耳聋患者,人工耳蜗植入术前进行的常规听力学与影像学检查中的MRI检查进行总结,统计通过MRI检查发现的脑和耳的形态和发育异常的结果。结果:103例人工耳蜗植入者中常规MRI检查:脑形态结构异常7例、占6.8%,其中脑白质形态异常6例、占5.8%,脑积水1例、占0.97%。结论:幼小儿人工耳蜗植入术前常规MRI检查不可忽视,通过术前的常规MRI检查可以了解患儿的脑形态和发育状况,从中发现听力障碍患儿伴有的脑部罹患,为术前全面准确评估手术的安全性和术后听觉言语康复效果提供帮助。
Objective To evaluate the importance role of conventional MRI on pre -operative evaiuation in infant cochlear implant for advancement of the security, intelligence and auditory central nerve development. Methotis We reviewed 103 patients clinical documents between Oct 2004 and Jul 2007. These subjects ( mean, 1.9 years old) suffered from severe sound perceiving deafness. They experienced the MRI examination before they would be performed the artificial cochlear implant. The images on MRI were analyzed by statistics on the basis of foundation of the dysplasia of brain and ears. Results 96 of 103 children had normal MRI performance, 7 children had abnormal brain development 6 of Alba paramorphia, 1 of hydrocephaly. Conclusions: For more security and effectiveness of operation, preoperative MRI examination would be great importance for infant cochlear Implant before surgery, because that we can understand the morphology and development of children's brain from MRI image.
