摘要
本文应用有限单元法对2.8m加压煤气发生炉灰锁进行了较为全面的应力分析,找出了椭球封头与上法兰管偏心连续、冷凝器连管与圆柱壳45角倾斜连接时的应力集中系数及灰锁危险点的位置;并分析了内压、温度、外力等载荷对灰锁应力的影响,找出了对灰锁强度影响较大的载荷因素。
This paper analyses the ash lock stress of 2.8m gas furnace by finite element method.Dangerous points of ash lock and stress concentration coefficient have been located when ellipsoidal cap is eccentricly linked with up-flange pipe and condenser pipe is linked with column shell at an angel of 45°.And inner presure temperture and load which affect the ash lock stress are analyzed as well.The load factors which affect ash lock strength most are found too.
