摘要
硗碛水电站压力钢管斜井段全长959.375 m,其上斜段混凝土施工时,下斜段正穿插进行钢管的安装与混凝土回填,故混凝土输送泵布置在中平施工支洞与中平段主洞相交处的上游侧,以不影响下斜段钢管运输为原则。两条斜井采用溜管输送混凝土,成功地解决了陡倾角、长斜井混凝土输送施工技术难题,保证了发电工期目标,施工进度快,混凝土回填质量好。斜井上弯段施工条件允许的情况下,直接搭设溜槽,混凝土罐车卸料于溜槽中,混凝土沿溜槽进入溜管,可取消混凝土泵、减少混凝土泵送时间、提高混凝土入仓强度,经济效益良好。
The total length of the inclined shaft of penstock of Qiaoqi Hydropower Station is 959.375 meters. When concrete construction was carried out in upper inclined section, the steel pipes were fixed and concrete was backfilled in lower inclined section at the same time, so the concrete pump was arranged at the upstream side of the intersection of the working tunnel and main tunnel in middle horizontal section and the transportation of steel pipe was not affected. The technical problems of concrete transportation in steep obliquity and long inclined shaft was solved with hose pipe transportation which was proved efficient and can improve the quality of backfilled concrete, so the target of power generation can be ensured. If conditions permit, the down spouting can be erected directly in upper inclined section of the shaft and concrete can be discharged in the down spouting by the concrete tank trucks. Then concrete can enter hose pipe along down spouting and concrete pumps can be canceled, so that the time of concrete pumping was shortened, the strength of concrete pouring improved and better economic benefits achieved.
